Since our founding in 2007, many ElderOptions clients have come from referrals by physicians, rehab facility discharge coordinators, social services agents and patient advocates. We consider ourselves to be committed partners in the care and well-being of their patients. To paraphrase an adage, “it takes a village to care for its elderly.”

We provide health care professionals with full transparency about our services, caregivers and costs. When engaged to care for one of their patients, we provide status updates on injury or illness recovery, diet, rehabilitation progress, medicine adherence/side effects and mental health, per request.
